"Baby Bash" will be an event like no other. Centered around an alternative portrayal, combining two beautiful historic time periods in American culture: the 1940's and 1950's. This event party will be merging these two historical time periods together, not only by recreating the past but by also creating an entirely new vibe.
From music to fashion, technology to decor, everything leading up to today has been heavily influenced by the 40's & 50's.
On Sunday May 20th, 2012, Cleveland will be paying homage to all of the beauty and style of these two iconic time periods at Liquid Sixx with live music, dancing, visuals, old fashioned cars & props, on site photography, old school photo booth, decorations, drinks, food, and of course, a large number of people "dressed" for the occasion, bring this event to life.
These era's will be everywhere you look; vintage vehicles parked out front, well groomed men with slicked back hair in tuxes, war uniforms and rockabilly attire while drop dead women of all kinds and all ages tease your eyes with their bright red lipstick, old school updo's & bangs. The conversations are hot, smiles are everywhere and drinks are going fast. Some procrastinate as others won't be able to wait to scratch circles on the dance floor as the sounds of the 18-piece swing band play, "Sophisticated Swing," perfectly orchestrating you and everyone else right into another world of adventure.
